Pinkys is our fruited gose style sour - dosed with aussie mulberries in the secondary ferment. Light, crisp and tart with an alluring fresh briney aroma from the sea salt additions, a deep pink hue, tight carbonation and touch of mulberry sweet to round out the palate.

Sour beers weren’t really a thing in the 90’s but the Pinky’s beach dunes certainly were! Free spirited fun, sun and salt - this sour has been handcrafted to provide the perfect balance of sweet and sour flavor like the old dunes of Pinky's.
